How does the early access allegedly work?

I don't know where to enter the code or download the demo.

Anyone?

There is no early access, wait another day or so. Demo on 14th, redeem the BF 3 code then for immediate multiplayer demo or wait for the 17th when everyone has access to the multiplayer part of the demo.
