you can play those games but your pc is not so good, i think. because your graphics card and ram is low

a better graphic card, another gig of ram and a good power supply will let u run newer and some upcoming games which are amazing....

15" monitor? Upgrade that thing. Get an LCD and 17" atleast. If you got money 19"+. Just my recommendation of course. If it looks good to you, keep it.
