i just finished building my computer. its got a phenom II x4 955 in it and an integrated raedon hd 3300 until i can afford a nice card. I have everything all set up, but when i turn it on, nothing happens on my computer monitor, no bios, no beeps, nothing. The cpu fan and the motherboard light come on (the motherboard light is green), but nothing is happening on the screen. i have a mouse and keyboard pluggged in, and my monitor is plugged in through DVI. should my monitor be plugged in through VGA? could that be the issue?

it was some sort of grounding issue i think. i took the motherboard out f the case and then put it back in and it worked fine.
