I have a laptop that has two accounts on it, using my brothers account on Steam i bought a game (sims 3) and downloaded it to his account on the laptop. The only problem is i dont have it on my laptop account. Is there anyway I can copy it to my account? If so how? somebody please help!

No, you can't copy steam games for free bro. Just login to your brothers steam account from your computer to play sims 3.

if you contact Steam support, and ask for a refund they might give it to you, if you have no hours tied into the game.
