How to get refund from GMG for Arkham Knight?

Not sure what to do to get a refund wondering if someone can offer some tips to do it. Do I got support on the GMG page?

GMG said that if after the first patch comes out you're still having problems with your game, they'll refund it. So I guess all you can do is wait.

Just an idea here, but if you bought the game it's because you want to play it.

So why not wait till they fix it?

Because every single person that has the game should return it.

It's not about waiting until the game is fixed. It's about punishing a developer who thought they could get away with putting out a horrific port.

It's really weird that it was released in this state. It's like they didn't even test it.

I'll get it 32nd of year it's likely to be on sale then and be patched.

So if you get a refund from GMG (which is not steam and has the lack of tools) they:


1) Give you, your money back

2) Disable your game key from working and no longer works on steam(?)




Or only just 1?

This is the case that I am just going to buy a PS4 for certain games.... I have been wanting to get one for awhile and I will just get the Batman Bundle instead of the Last of Us Bundle.... Torn between an Xbox One, but all my friends have a PS4... The Xbox One is the better deal right now lol...

I am waiting for the fix....no refunds here.

When you say you're going to buy a console for "certain games" you mean 90% of future games? Considering most games that have been for a bit and will come out on the PC that are big titles are mostly shitty ports?
