How to fix Critical Exception error in Cryengine sandbox

All right so this is the third time I have installed far cry 1 on my system.

The first 2 times I dont have a problem with anything,but the first 2 times were with the disc set.

This time I downloaded It from Ubi.com. I had to fix a couple of problems with the game itself

but now the game is fine. Every time I start the editor, it starts to load the program,but in the middle of that

I get this, Critical Exception
