How can I overclock my cpu

I have a processor Core 2 Duo E4600 2.4ghz, I want to overclock this atleast up to 2.8ghz but I don't know how. I have a motherboard Asus P5Q SEplus that support overclocking. Can anyone help me please on how will I do this step by step?

U shouldnt have much trouble at all OC'ng up to 3.0ghz. . . 2.8 should definately be no problem - even with a Stock CPU Cooler .
