Hi,

I have an HLDS BH20N Blu-ray Disc Rewriter and when ever I try to do any type of benchmarking or anything that involves getting systems info the whole pc crashes. It doesn't crash when the drive is disabled. Can anyone offer any help I really can't be disabling this drive every time. In addition the driver was automatically set my microsoft when can I get the original driver? I got the park from a Dell PC but I can't find the driver link on the dell website :(.

Yeh I have done all those but it still crashes every time I run virtual mark 3dmark vantage 3dmark 06 : I have to use no info on the shortcut to make it work 3dmark 05 : I have to use no info on the shortcut to make it work performance mark I guess this is due to getting systems information :S am so lost.

Have any spare SATA cables? Not sure if this is going to help you or not, but once I had a problem while running games from a disk. Switched the sata cables, completely fixed the freezing up I had. Your problem sounds different, but its worth a try.

This is normal, depending on the benchmark. If you can run the benchmark with the no info command, then it is just a case of the new hardware not being recognized. The only solution is to wait for an updated version, which will not happen with 3D Marks 05 or 06. Contact Futuremark for more info.
