Guild Wars 1 was amazing. There is a reason it got such high scores and sold over 6 million copies.

Probably the only other way is that if there are beta key giveaways like what GS had for the last beta.

Why is GameSpot snubbing Guild Wars 2? It isn't even on the top 10 coming soon in PC even though it is releasing in a little under 2 months. It WILL be the Game of the Year and Gamespot is completely ignoring it.

The top 10 is entirely based on what users view and GameSpot is NOT ignoring it.

Guild Wars 2 will get up there once it releases.

What a pity, I was hoping you would bring up reasons as to why the game was bad (as bad as those reasons probably are). But alas, you decided to insult me instead.

Can't wait for this so I can check out the Sylvari. There is something about the lore with them that makes the race really appealing as a possible main.

It says any Curse member can get a beta key starting at midnight PST. You just go here and login when the time comes.

right now im in UTC-5:00 Eastern Time Us and canada (time is 8:52 now) do you know what time i have to be over here to be ready when the beta keys just come out?dragonmaster64

I think you are three hours ahead of me (I go by PST) so 3 AM.

That's not entirely true. You just said you didn't find it impressive.

I was not impressed by GW1 myself but GW2 is an entirely different story for me... I loved what I have played so far.

They've begun giving out the beta keys... just got one and registered it :D . Now I just need to remember to download the client before July 20th.

I got a key as well! Thanks for posting this. Now let's wait and see how it runs on my PC :)

The client will take a chunk of your 80GB, info will be sent to and from the servers which will also use your data but its not a great amount.
