I have a laptop with what I think are bad specs... OS - Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T6600 @ 2.20GHz 2.20GHz Display Adapter - Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family 4096 MB Ram Is this good or bad? And what games can I handle? I like Fallout 3 and Fable, so if there are any games like that... Also, I like to purchase stuff on Steam, if that makes any difference.

You can play Fable for sure on your laptop but not sure about Fable 3.

Any of the Valve games may work alright too. Most indie games on Steam ,which is a no-brainer, will work on low end computers well.

KOTOR is good and availble through steam for like 10 dollars now. Morrowing is a nice old RPG that can soak up some hours as well.

idk, theres just something about that camera angle that bugs me, in torchlight. it makes me feel detached from my character...whereas closer camera angles like fable or KOTOR allow for more...connection. (paraphilia?)

King's Bounty games are a lot of fun, as is Tales of Monkey Island (if you're into point and click) and the Max Payne games are always good for a spin. Maybe the first Witcher too?

Give Mount & Blade: Fire and Sword a try, open world game that doesn't require high specs, graphics are a bit dated but solid single player and multiplayer gameplay. Plus its on sale on steam.

Well your OS, CPU and RAM meet the recommended system requirements and though I don't know how powerful your graphical card is, I can only presume that in terms of power it's in the same line as your other components. My guess is that your laptop should be able to handle games from up to 2007. Mount and Blade, as OGMisoSoup suggested, is also good, but make sure you take Mount and Blade: Warband, or Mount and Blade: With Fire and Sword if you want the multiplayer. The original Mount and Blade has no multiplayer if I remember correctly.

You can play pretty much anything from GOG.com, since all their games are older, and I do mean older, games. You can find some real gems there, it's definitely worth a look.
