Game suggestion needed for a Lan party.

Hi.

I'm planning a Lan party somewhere in August, and i'm looking for some good multiplayer game in LAN.
We are looking for racing games, shooters and maybe some CO-OP multiplayer games.

Free or not,old or new, all suggestions are welcome.

any counter strike is a must. Maybe one of the quakes. Dare I say halo? On lan halo can be a lot of fun. FEAR is good. COD series. You could try something like guild wars and get guild going.

edit: Add in starcraft, sup com, C&C, and any rts for that matter.

Pretty much what's been mentioned above. I'd throw in Warcraft III as well if you're looking for RTS'. Battlefield (I recommend 2142 if you do) could show up to be pretty underwhelming if you don't have many, many people. CS or CS:S will do fine with any amount of people, though.
