Sounds good to me, it just adds to gaming choices available for PC gamers. There was significant outcry when LucasArts stated the game wasn't coming to the PC, and it seemed it got even worse when they gave their reason.

they need to make a new jedi knight game. i love the story of the first one. it was awesome

Lukewarm critically, but alot of folks apparently bought it anyway, "fastest-selling Star Wars video game in history".

I care. I care that these people said that only $3000 PCs could run this game well when the crappy consoles ran it fine and suddenly now the problem is fixed and we get it. I want to to deck someone that works there, I don't care who.

It must have taken all this time to finally tame the overwhelming console power known as procedural physics. I'll wait till it hits the bargain bin.S0H0

I don't know, if it was a $3000 PC then it must be a $1500 PC now. Or if the graphics are betetr we could need a $6000 PC. It's just too powerful.

I played it on 360 and it's a good game but has no longevity. You wouldn't play through it more than twice and it has no multiplayer. As someone already said it would need a huge mod community to make it a worthy purchase.

that was a poor game anyway, the best star wars games that have ever been created were by far the ones on Super Nintendo and the KOTOR series but the rest are a waste of time and are very dissapointing.Zmefull

I disagree - the Dark Forces/Jedi Knight games were the best of the bunch, imo.

But yeah, this one doesn't look like it's worth bothering with. Which is strange, since Lucasarts has been doing pretty well on their PC front lately - with rereleases and remakes of a bunch of classic games.

I'm still interested but it seems Lucasarts are trying to make a comeback to the PC after neglecting it.

And i think they should do something big as we made them in the nineties.

And in 2000s they forgot what lucasarts was set up to do which was to make original games and guess what most of them made money ok Grimfandango was a loss but it wasn't a bad game, as it was fantastic.

Lets hope they turn themselves around from that star wars milking company to that brilliant, funny, superb game developer they once was.

Ok they may not have the staff that used to make them but it doesn't stop them continuing that work.

I played the Demo a bit and it seems like an "Ok" Game with good Story, but without MP its not worth a Full Price.

Unfortunately I won't be able to get this game since Lucasarts on launch said that my PC wouldn't be able to run it. I haven't spent the amount on my PC that they said is required to run on PC, that was the reason PC was a NO at launch.

Yeah I am guessing the game didn't sell as well as they thought it would so they have their hand out to us now hoping we'll give them some money.

If its 20-30 dollars than yeah I'll pick it up. Star Wars Fanboy I am.

These action games are best left on consoles imo. Not unhappy that it's being ported but it's not something I'll care about. Who knows, I may decide to play it somewhere down the line?

So much for saying "this game will never be on the pc cuz it would need a 4000$pc". Anyway, this game looks a bit ridiculous. Force power seems meh. I mean Luke Skywalker was some sort of master of the force and the best he could do was moving his saber by looking at it for 2min and they show this guy destroying a whole room and killing 10 stormtroppers with a tornado... So much for staying true to the canon. I will stick with jedi knight 2, the last real jedi game... This is just a diversion for the kids on console...

The game is pretty amazing and epic. The only cons would be that it only lasts you about 10 hours max and that your lightsaber can't cut through people like a sword. Other than that, the game is pretty awesome. Awesome gameplay+awesome graphics+awesome story. This new content looks to add more longevity to the original version, so it will actually be worth the price this time.

The game was a HUGE dissapointment for me when I played it on 360 at a friends place.

Definatly wont buy this if it comes to PC. Ill wait on the Bioware MMO instead and hope for a new Jedi Knight :P
