I always find something to change - boot setup, memory timings, maybe play with voltage and clock speeds....there's always something I tweak, but I don't do hog-wild on it. I just make any changes that are necessary for my setup/needs.

Well I tend to overclock so no... Even if I didn't overclock, I would try to undervoltage.

Used to overclock when I had my fx8350, however it was a lane chip and was unstable at 4.3, 4.2 was the best it got while stable so I ended up putting it all back to stock.

My new CPU can't be overclocked so I won't touch the BIOS.

If I leave my BIOS or EFI at default, devices I don't need such as legacy ports are enabled. I disable all legacy ports and other features I don't need. So, no.

I also don't overclock. I used to when there was a need back in my Quake days. But, overclock just for the sake of overclocking? Nope. It's pointless to me.

XMP profiles, fan settings, overclocking, temp alarms/monitoring, number lock on boot...there's too much fun stuff to tinker with in a BIOS that I can't keep my fingers out of it.

Whoever OC their CPU - no, but even if you don't OC you might find other things to change like boot order or shorten the display time of the BIOS logo so it could boot up to Windows faster.

No.

Even if I'm not going to fiddle with clock speed multipliers and voltages, I usually tweak some chipset and fan settings.

I typically select a XMP profile but don't overclock much beyond that. Current PC is a Skylake chip which which does pretty well on its own.
