I played the Beta and i must say it was better then expected.

Why?, your PC is great. Are you talking about the beta?

Is it going to be a multiplayer demo?

This demo is really going to make or break the whole game. People will or will not buy it based on how the demo performs for them...because honestly I think anyone with a computer that can handle it will be playing it.

I don't like demos.

Although any Crysis news is good news, I'm one of very few people (or so it seems) who don't ever try game demos.

My internet connection at home is not particularly fast, and downloading 1-3GB for demos that only contain an hour of gameplay just doesn't seem worth it to me.

I would love to see this game on my new 22" monitor, because I haven't really played any games that have made good use of it, but I just can't afford the huge download.

That said, I would love to see a couple of youtube videos of it...no doubt I'll check some of those out before I buy Crysis.

You should be pushing 1680x1050 maxed DX10 @ 30+ fps.

You will be able to play it on ultra the president has said..... I have the exact same pc and i can run the beta at high (I would try ultra but they didnt give it to us) easily.... I dont know how many times i need to say it but .... THE 8800 GTS,GTX AND ULTRA CAN RUN CRYSIS ON MAX!!!!!!!!!... maybe that will do it, probably not though... =(

Demo releases on the 26th.
Pre-orderers get it on the 25th.

You will be fine to play it much higher than that.

That's actually the part I'm most excited about. The super realistic water already has me thinking of Wind-Waker-style treasure hunting...
