Can Crysis get 10 mark?

10.0: Prime This exceedingly rare score refers to a game that is as perfect as a game can aspire to be at its time of release. Obviously, the constantly changing standards for technology and gameplay will probably make this game obsolete some day, but at its time of release, a game earning this score could not have been improved upon in any meaningful way.

It wont get a 10, actually i wouldn't be surprised if it got a 9.5 though ... personally I think gamespot gives it a 9 but for some reason it wouldn't surprise me if it gets a 9.5.

Not even PC gamer complained about it so I highly doubt that. I also heard on the next page of the Crysis issue they put a con in the sup comm for the req.

10 is possible imo but not very likely. 9.5 seems very likely imo.

The game seems very good. In regards to people with very high-end systems not able to max it out, all while the devs were saying throughout the development process, "omfg, it'll run so well on last-gen hardware!!" just screams rip-off. Sorry, but I'll just acquire the game if patches don't fix these problems.HavocEbonlore

And anyway, even I wouldn't give Crysis a 10.0 because the graphics are way to demanding, even for a game of its quality (although god only knows how Tony Hawk 2 got a 10)

If games like The Orange Box and The Witcher can't score any higher than 9.5 under gamespot's new rating system, then I really don't think Crysis deserves 10 from what I've seen of the demo. Unless the game becomes something spectacular immediately after the demo, Crysis is a 9-9.5 game under gamespot's review system.

And seeing as how gamespot seems to spend half of every PC review talking about hardware requirements and marking down if you need a PC component released this year, I think it's safe to assume Crysis will get somewhere in the 7 region.

PCG gave it 98% and WiC got 9.5 from Ocampo. Supposedly the finalé in the game is way awesome

lol, does it really matter what score does it have? But most probably 9.5 or 9.0. Although they told lots of times game won't be playable at the highest with current configurationsso i don't really see a problem if a guy with GTX can't max the game.

To anyone who complains about the requirements - THIS GAME IS MEANT TO BE PRETTY FOR THE NEXT FEW YEARS. It still looks better than any other game on Medium, so why get angry over EXTRA settings. If Crytek added a very very very very high mode in addition to what they have and you couldn't play it for a couple of years would that make you angry? The very high mode is just like an extra feature, they should NOT be counted down because of it.
