Who wants to see Doom IV? A remake of Doom II: Hell on Earth.

I think the fact that it would be "on earth" might resolve the complaints many people had of "walking through the same corridor over and over". Though I never had a problem with it, that's just how the Doom series is.

So what do you think?

I'd rather have an entirely new Doom game, but that would be cool too.

doom 2 is the best of the dooms for sure. the double-barrelled shotgun did it for me. but i don't want a sequel, especially if the sequel's going to be for doom 2 what doom 3 was for doom 1 - which wasn't all that much. a whole new doom would be welcome though. a doom with some serious innovation. i want to go back to those days in which id software was the king. those days are long gone unfortunately.

Definately. All doom fans need to download the mod that redid the original in the new engine, it's great and a good way to relive the old memories, even though I've played through the originals several times. I welcome all games from id for that matter.
