Best F2P F2D PC game out there?

Dwarf Fortress, definitely. It is, by far, one of the greatest games ever. There's more depth in that game than in a fricking black hole. FEAR Combat is another good one.. if that doesn't work, just download DOSbox and play any of the thousands of old games that are now available. The majority of them are classics.IMaBIOHAZARD

i will check those out. I'm good on the dos games though eheheh.

America's Army(tactical fps), Trackmania Nations(arcade racing), FEAR Combat, Wolfenstein Enemy Territory(online fps), War Rock(bf2 clone) are all decent ones.

Combat Arms, Frets on Fire(guitar hero clone) look okay, haven't tried yet.

And then there are those older games like GTA1&2, Starsiege Tribes, Ground Control, Freespace2(lot of standalone mods). America's Army 3 and Battlefield Heroes are worth keeping an eye onto.

im going to place some notes here on f2p options:

exteel a great tps mech games considering microtransactions are 100% optional

dungeon runner a dungeon crawler title with lots of replay value reminds me alot of diablo 2 (before LoD)

combat arms an fps with apparently lots of time in developement truly worth it if your into the whole battlefield style games.
