the 8800GTS runs beautifully and u can overclock the hell otu of it, if u have good amountof air going towards it. frigging beast to say the least. i think based on CES example and other varied sites that had the chance to play it, the 8800 GTS/and or GTX will play it maxxed out, only difference i think will be a matter of resolution and AA. the difference if i remember well, is GTS has 96 streaming processors 640mb (320 bit memory) lower ROP's(forgot the number someone fill that in if u can.) the GTX has 128 streaming processors, and 768 mb running at 384 bit and more ROP's to boot, and also has more texture pipelines for more bandwidth overall. if soemone has a link throw it in for comparision.
okay those wondering about my new system and price, let me lay out the specs, and prices and what is included. lol i bought my parts from newegg.com ASUS M2N-SLI DELUXE $140 2GB Kit CORSAIR XMS 2 PC 6400 DDR2 $230 LEADTEK WINFAST PX8800GTS TBH $389 AMD 5600+ X2 DUAL CORE $325 ZALMAN 9700 LED copper heatsink $50-$59 the SATA RAPTOR WD 74gb I had already but is mad cheap now anyway probably can get a SATAII Raptor for about the same price i bought mine (~ $160-$190ish) xifi extrememusic I also had which cost roughly $110-135 already had it and a ANTEC SERVER ATX CASE with ANTEC 2.0 500 PSU9already had) even still youd pay no more than $1400 id reckon. with the rest included. :P do I know how to shop? or do i know how to shop?
