Your thoughts on being "Rick Rolled"

I always get a good laugh at getting "Rick Rolled" on YouTube. It makes me crack up actually, and I always feel a good "touche'" is in order to the user who got me. I was looking at random football tackles, and this is what I got. I guess I shouldve known from the name of the user, but I dont pay attention to that.

How do you feel after youve been had by this popular prank??

Well, Rick Rolling isn't as funny as it used to be, but the song is still great. :)

It's kind of annoying. The biggest problem is, people are now rickrolling people over nothing. Like, "Hey, I just wanted to know if anyone thought this skateboard trick was pretty cool." when it's actually a rick roll.Setsa

The only times ive came across it was when it was completely random and unexpected, but I understand what you mean.

It has only happened to me once, annoying, but no big deal, at least the one time.

It annoys me a little bit getting rick rolled, but mostly I just feel sorry for whoever felt the need to actually take the time to create a fake video just to conform to an internet fad and go all "uv been rick rol'd n00b! Im teh awsomz!1!".

it sucks it makes me so mad when i am minding my on self and boom there it goes.

It's being overused, but I don't mind a good Rick Roll here and there.

I just pretend to get mad (Like everyone else).

I dont understand how someone wastes their time uploading a video that has been used by others to prank youtube visters (real creative). What does the pranker get out of it? Besides getting abusive messagesfrom other users.

I thought it was hilarious at first but I think too many people abuse it now. Sometimes I just really want to watch the video I was looking for.

I used to like it until I clicked in a link hoping to see a Toy Story 3 trailer and ended up seeing that wonderful video. :roll:

I don't understand what the big deal is about it.

Being "Rick Rolled" is SO last Monday

It doesn't really bother me anymore, except when it's blared into my ears by people carrying around a boombox or one of those iPod speaker things.

The only time I liked it was when the video had a bunch of facts playing thought the song about Rick Astley and the video/song. ;)

Oddly enough...I don't mind getting Rick Rolled from time to time. For whatever reason, that song and video make me smile if I only see and hear them occasionally.nocoolnamejim

I agree. I still get a kick out of it. I think it's great. Rick Astley actually did an interview on what he thought about Rick Rolling. It's pretty good.
