What is a thin piece of cloth going to protect you from?

What type of under armor are you refurring to? Padding is to absorb shock which is less of an impact on the body... If it is just a thin sheet of cloth then it isn't armor friend...

Im talking about the clothing brand, athletes and stuff wear it.

I thought you ment when people whore kevlar under their normal cloths...

Is it just to look cool, or does it actually help out with sports and stuff. I was looking to get some but was unsure if it was just for style or if they acually help you move better and stuff.catlin_czirr

They just keep you warm.

That sucks. And I thought below 50 was cold. I've never felt weather below freezing in my entire life.1stCommando

you must live in Southern Alabama, then. since I've been in places in Texas (Dallas, for instance) where it regularly got below freezing in the winter.

it does help keep your body at a tempurate depending on what type it is, it absorbs sweat very well and is very flexible, overall its worth the money for it, fyi i wore it for 3 years for football and i do know that it can help :)
