I don't watch much YouTube, but ObsidianAnt is pretty great.
I could listen to him talk about space and games alllllllll dayyyyyy loooong.
It's like watching a David Attenborough nature doc....except space games.
Right now John Campea for movie news in the morning he does a live show for a couple hours he's pretty chill
I like Retail Archaeology I'm a sucker for dead malls and retail history.

I watch a bunch of random shit, and listen to music mostly. I really like Joe Rogan's podcast, depending on the guest. But I wouldn't call him a YouTuber. He just uses YouTube as a platform for his podcast, and soon his podcast will be exclusive to Spotify. There's usually a good video that I'll really get into, at least once a month.
I guess Cinemassacre counts, so I'll go with that. I started watching AVGN on GameTrailers, which brings me back. I even enjoy the movie reviews. It reminds me of how me and my friends would talk about movies, games, tv shows and shit like that. I love how they just stick with the content, no drama, no politics, they just stick with the topic, even if there's 4 or 5 of them in a video. I can't stand Mike though, so there's a chunk of videos I won't watch from that channel.
Lately I started listening to Mr. Nightmare's videos. A quick way to get my horror fix, though soon I won't have much to listen to since I went through most of them already.
I'd say my top 3 are
