It's a pretty simple question, who is your hero and why? They don't need to be real, people you know, or anything like that, just someone that has inspired you, shaped oyur life, or maybe you just find to have a level of awesomeness that is to be worshipped!

*PLEASE, NO BASHING OF PEOPLE'S HEROES! Discussion is fine, even to make negative points, but BASHING=TROLLING* (if you see any please report it)

For me, my real life hero has to be my father. Even though he was always busy working a lot when I was a kid, you knew he was doing it to provide for us and he's got a work ethic that to this day I am still trying to reach. Plus, he's had a lot of hardships, including some major injuries, and still keeps working just as hard as he can.

My fictional hero for me...Gendo Ikari. I know all you Evangelion fans are probably like "What? He's a HORRIBLE role model!" But I don't see it that way. First of all, Gendo is badass in style and attitude. Also, think about what he did *POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT* Here you have a man so dedicated to his beloved that he was willing to reshape the world to be with her. That's dedication right there.

My father. He is the wisest man I've ever seen and he went through a lot in his childhood. He was a poor kid in the streets of Africa and tried to sell t-shirts to get enough money for a ticket to come to Belgium and make something of his life. And now he helps the people of his origin by giving them lots of clothes.

Steve Irwin. A great man with a passion. He was very family orientated, but he never left his work behind. He did everything with great enthusiasm, and was an honest, hard-working person.

Daron Malakian, i used to hate life and be a bit depressed with my life but after listing to Darons awesome guitar and the things he cares about in his songs he has become my role model.

Plus we kinda alike even though i have never met him he has the same attitude towards things as me

Definetely my grandfather. He grew up dirt poor during the depression, and was drafted for the Korean war, so he hasn't had an easy life, but he's still managed to be successful simply by working his ass off and being dedicated, and through all of it, he's retained an excellent sense of humor. My mother has plenty of stories of some of the jokes he's played. Sometimes he takes me out golfing or doing some project with him, and whenever I meet one of his friends (which he seems to have an unlimited supply of), they never fail to tell me what an amazing person I have in my grandpa. He gets along well with almost everyone, and still hangs out with people he's been friends with since he was little. My hope in life is to become half the person he is.

Sir David Attenborough, for what he's done for the natural world and making programmes to help people see what's happening out there.

On a game-related side, it's gotta be Shigeru Miyamoto.

George Washington - He could have been instated as dictator of the US by his troops that were fanatical about him, but he deferred and chose to be elected freely.

Abraham Lincoln - A lesser man would have let the country fall apart.

Teddy Roosevelt - Had the strength, courage, and persistence to break apart the monopolies and take on the robber barons in the early 20th century. We need someone like him today.

Strange. You sure it wasn't you mom and dad?

Which is why in a certain sense God is infact every single person. Completely from a perspective point of view (bare with me) Without you being there to experience light, light would not exist, so in a sense you create light. Okay maybe sound is a better example, sound as we all know travels in waves through air and the further through the air the waves travel the weaker they get to the point where they disappear, now if nobody is there to hear a sound then the sound would not exist as it would just be waves in the air that die out. So basically take verything God (you) creates and look at it that way. Plus we create life... God much? ya... Anyhoo my Heroes would probably be Superman (dude,he's Superman), Jesus (Not a lot of people are still discussed some 2000 years after they died), Firefighters (dude, they fight fire, brave much?) Police, (dude, they fight bad guys, brave much) Doctors and Nurses (dude, they save lives, honorable much?)...

~-~The guy who made Shadow of the Colossus. I know his name but if I tried to spell it I'd just... yea. I don't know why, the game just made me look at story lines in a different light. The plot was so simple you could tell it in one sentence, and yet I could have a discussion about it for hours. (If I knew someone else who looked into it this much.>.>) The ending also made my jaw drop to the ground and I sat there for a half an hour just like, ".... wa?.... whoa...." It made me really look at the structure of stores, or to be more precise, emotionally strenuous stores. The ones that drain every emotion from you once you're done with it and takes up every thought in your head for days. Yea, go ahead and call me emo, I can't argue about the way things are. Anyways, I think I might of figured it out. I just need to write something to test this out.~-~
