Mat Hoffman is the most famoous person I have met. I have actually met and rode with most BMX pros, for what it is worth.
My work and where I live helps me meet a lot of famous people... but its gotten to the point where I don't really see them as that big of a deal. Now, meeting people who happen to be famous and great people at the same time... that's another story.SajedeneI've read you post this before and I still am jealous. What an interesting career.

Gosh a decent handful I suppose. The most recent was Martha Stewart this last Sunday but she's kind of a stickler for time so I just tried to stay out of her way most of the time as I can get kind of chatty once I get going.
I didn't meet him, but I saw Booker T leaving the 7-Eleven that my brother and I were pulling up into near LAX.
Also, I was about 10 feet away from one of my favorite Dodgers, Shawn Green, at the stadium during batting practice. I almost got his autograph, but he had to leave cause the BP was over

And what do you do exactly? Aw thanks war (or should I call you john?)... but its just a job and they are just people. Personally, I find history jobs and archeologist jobs fascinating. I'd love to do that. Be all adventurous and stuff.
Soulfood4: I work at a talent agency (film and TV division)

Your welcome, and war or john is totally acceptable.. I'm sure there are more interesting careers, but there are also way less interesting careers. I kinda doubt archaeology is all Indy jones action, I imagine it to consist of mostly delicate and tedious labor. You have met some of my favorite people! :oThe most famous people that Ive met would be Stan Lee, Kevin Smith, and Jessica Alba

I kinda doubt archaeology is all Indy jones action, I imagine it to consist of mostly delicate and tedious labor. But its history stuff. For the longest time I wanted to do something in law (but always had this fear I'd get shot sometime in the future) or do something with digging or doing research on history and mythology. My work and where I live helps me meet a lot of famous people... but its gotten to the point where I don't really see them as that big of a deal. I don't have a job where I meet famous people, but I have met lots of famous people where I too just don't see the big deal anymore about them. I'm not one who will get overly excited whenever I see someone who's famous. I know a lot of people might get jealous because I am fortunate enough to have met people, but to me, they're just human like everyone else.

During V Festival Avril Lavine was doing a signing thing. I was with a group of girls at the time and one of them wanted her autograph. I know this makes it sound like i'm using the girls as an excuse but seriously, i'm never one for getting autographs. The sighning area was outside and there was a big que going along side but a barrier set up in front of the signing area where people could stare and talk to the band. When one of the girls I was with was getting the autograph she said to Avril that I fancied her (I did) so I said in retaliation that the girls fancied her also but introduced me because they were too afraid to invite her to our next orgie. Avril just looked up and gave a slight smile. Normally i'm quite shy but alcohol made me do it.
I sat next to Chris Ubank at a chinese restaurant during a family outing.
I live near Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, who is a famous interier designer. We've met on a few occasions.
That's about all the famous people i've interacted with.
I've never talked to him, but Geoffrey Rush lives nearby, and I've caught trains with him before, from my local station.
no lie. I met John Travolta back around 98 or 99. He was filming the movie Lucky Numbers in my town with Lisa Kudrow. They used a a toddler from where I live in the film so not only did I get to see them film a few scenes, but they also did picsat my local church. After he was finished w/ the pics he stepped out of the church and that's when I said "Hello" and he simply said "Hi" back. I wasn't star struck, but it was pretty cool. I must say John is pretty damn tall, and Lisa is much thinner than I thought she would be.
