Damn I was going to pick him. He's just so dead set on destroying anything in his path and without any remorse for his actions.

Frank Costello (played by Jack Nicholson) is also pretty evil. SPOILERS:

In The Departed, Frank kills a wide variety of people, screws over many an ally, and is found out to be collaborating with the feds all along for his own means. Not to mention the implications that he is torturing and murdering people offscreen in some pretty nasty ways (with him being covered in blood in one scene with no explanation as to why).

These guys were evil though I haven't watched many movies with particularly evil villains in my time.

Uday Hussein (Saddam's son) from the Devil's Double. It's scary because it's an actual person. Apparently the director had to cut out a lot of stuff because he didn't want to make it a horror movie. He even disgusted his father, Saddam Hussein.:shock:
