Mine was Venusaur, my level 100 Veny from Pokemon Red was just awesome.

That or Charizard but that's because I got him in my first pack of Pokemon Cards and I was then put into the local legend books.

We all know Ivysaur was the ultimate in Pokemon. A higher base attack is much more important than a slight defense upgrade, but I wouldn't expect a PokeSimpleton as yourself to understand that 8)

Frankly, I think all of the legendaries after the first generation kind of sucked in some way. Except for Lugia and Rayquaza. They're cool.

My current favorite based on looks is Absol, even though I don't have a Generation III or IV game where Absol is located (unless LeafGreen counts but I haven't gotten to the Sevii Islands yet).
