I heard there's people that go to visit there and never thought about suicide and then when they get there, they just decide to jump off.
They actually installed several telephones along the bridge in an effort to get people to not jump off. Beside the phones are signs that reads something like "There is hope. Don't jump." Yeah anyway I live just about 45 minutes from San Francisco and see it every few months to see relatives, but it still manages to look at in in awe.[QUOTE="Rekunta"]Golden Gate. Maybe they were just tricking people into thinking they weren't suicidal. Or their families never caught on that they showed suicidal tendencies before.
Well technically I think copper has a lower specific heat capacity than iron, so the coolest would be the Statue of Liberty.
But of the three I think that the Eiffel Tower is the most aesthetically pleasing.

The Statue of Liberty is the most laughable joke humanity ever made, after Bush

Say what you will about the reason behind its construction, but those French guys made awesome statues. I keep forgettin: are there two or three statues of liberty? There's one in New York, one in Paris... I think there might be a third somewhere. England?

Oh no, I got that. But they don't move me in any way whatsoever. I don't consider them works of art....just simple solid objects....nothing more. I couldn't care less what they looked like.
Anyway...don't mind me.
I guess I'm the only one who's seen all three. Well I saw the Eiffel Tower in 2000, if it somehow changed. camreeno360
I'd guess you're wrong...
Eiffel Tower. Not for the tower itself, but for the view it offers. Paris from that height is...breathtaking, to say the least.
Then the Golden Gate. I love walking across it and looking out to the ocean, and its fun watching the ships go in and out of the bay. Plus its a blast to take out of state relatives or friends on.
I recommend chucking coins off of it when a cargo ship passes under.Eiffel Tower. Not for the tower itself, but for the view it offers. Paris from that height is...breathtaking, to say the least.

Golden Gate. All the cool people go there to commit suicide. RekuntaLOL! There was a guy at my school last week that jumped off and lived that talked about depression. He got saved by a Sea Lion. I'm not kidding. The St. Louis Arch is way cooler than any of the others.

No.
Anyways, I grew up just outside of New York City, and went in many times, so I've seen the Empire State Building from both close up and far away.
I now, oddly enough, live just across the Bay Bridge and see the Golden Gate everyday, and have been on it as well.
I'm not gonna count the Eiffel Tower, cause I've never been there, so I have to be fair.
