I drink too little water, and never think about it until I see the color of my pee. xD

Can also skip food for a long time. Not sure if it's unhealthy or not. Obviously not very, since I'm fine.

I don't really eat fruits.

Also have a bad tendency to sit with my feet up on the desk when in front of the computer which can't be good for my back.

Sometimes don't sleep enough because I want to stay up at night for no great reason.

My salt intake is way too much,overweight,little movement other than being at work,far too much pop,hardly any social interaction outside of work. I eat too much McDonald’s and I’m aware it’s really not good for me. The list goes on and on.

I'm addicted to food. I'm about 20-30 lbs overweight, because of my addiction. I eat a lot of junk food and fast food, which doesn't help.

I have a habit of biting my finger nails rather than just clipping them. I go through my spells of properly trimming them and making my nails look decent, but then I just fall back into biting them again.

With that said, I should stop biting my nails.

I'm generally good diet wise but when i am holidays MAN do i do a lot of damage. No regrets :P.

I do stay up late sometimes, and I don't always eat the healthiest meals. I think my spending hasn't been financially the smartest this past week or so, but I guess it hasn't been too extreme.

I guess, I drink a little too much alcohol on weekends? Two bottles of beer or cider, but for some it could be considered miniscule.

If I don't eat proper, satisfying meals during the day, I tend to have the urge to snack. Also, I can have a massive craving for all forms of sugar during the night.

EDIT: I'm also a nail-biter.

Been stressed out of my mind thinks to broken job market was stuck at a job I hated for like 9 years because I couldnt find another job and not for lack of trying. Dont have a 4 year degree and lots of experience now days then trying to find a job is a flat out joke. After only a few months at job place got bought out and is going to close meaning I basically have to go right back to job hunting and will likely have to go back to that job from hell. I only got the current job to because of a friend. So now being like 10+ years of extreme stress and depression I dont know how to deal with it any more. So has a result eating way to much junk food like ice cream, cookies etc has I just crave sugar all the time.

Thats a odd one. Never understood how people can skip a meal either or even eat at a odd/late time because than I end up eating way way more food. So skipping terrible idea has it will just result in me eating way more calories over all.

I am about 50 lbs over weight was for years like 30 but gained 20 the last several months. That extra 20 I can really fell to has I get tired faster trying to work out and its never been easy for me to work out has I have asthma that I really only feel when I workout had it even when I was younger and really skinny.

I bite my fingers, sit up until 2 AM to get some extra work in.

Otherwise I do well in most areas, I eat healthy balanced meals, get around 12 hours of weekly exercise, avoid cigarettes and other unhealthy stuff.
