Another suggestion?
Afro Samurai is 20 now and its not that bad or if you want something rated better theirs Bioshock its 20 now also.Save it. Once you spend it, you'll find yourself something on sale that you like more than the one you just bought.

1. Buy a nice sandwich. Like a real submarine sandwich or something
2. Take the change and hold onto it for a few days
[QUOTE="mrbojangles25"]2. Take the change and hold onto it for a few daysMcJuggaThen his hands will smell like metal. :|
exactly. soon he will obsess over metal and develop a fetish for it, and start inserting it into his body. then, taking the dollar bills and getting more and more change he will become Tetsuo!
There are few things that I can recommend for $20, outside the typical answer of food, t-shirts, and cheap movies/video games. (not sure I would recommend those unless you really want them...)
If you want the most bang/enjoyment for your buck, it's hard to not recommend a good book or two. There are a number of threads posted here recently about books, with excellent recommendations.
If you don't get a book, I would suggest just saving it. Who know when you'll run into a situation where you need to buy lunch, or some other unforeseen event where need cash. Plus, you can save towards getting something more substantial. But if you spend just $20, GET BOOKS!!
