Fear of reflections in water... I have yet to find a name for this one.
Hmmmm... the last would be a new one on me, but fear of your reflection in general is, Spectrophobia. So... Aquaspectrophobia?
I am not sure. I have actually tried looking all over for a name for it and feel quite awkward about telling most I have it. They say it is a stupid fear... but it just doesn't set easy with me to see a mirror reflection of anything in a lake or a pond. I work on it daily... but feel it must have come from something in my childhood that just won't go away easily. :roll:
That would definitely be Spectrophobia then; it's well recognized and nothing to be ashamed of. Rare, yes, but so what?
Not exactly a phobia but something that bothers me so much is those little metal rods on supermarket shelves that hold up small things like packs of batteries hanging from them. They make me want to freaking gouge out my eyes, like they hurt to look at it makes me cringe. And MRI machines, I had a bad period where It felt like I was constantly in those things, I get incredibly uncomfortable in those and not because of the small spaces.
driving (PTSD after a wreck) nonconsensual invasion of my personal space (unless drunk) responsibility (immaturity) wasp (deathly allergic) and heights can bother me unless everything on my body is 100% secure, 'cus I worry about it all somehow falling off and plummeting though I'm a pretty paranoid person in general, so basically everything can terrify me
