What is your favorite and least-liked condiment on food?

Mustard is my least favorite.

I like mayonaise.And ketchup,only if it's mixed with the mayo.

Honey-dijon mustard. It tastes like happiness ^_^

Fish Sauce - it's disgusting both taste wise and smell.

My girlfriend is Filipina-American and her family eats it daily with their dinner. Not knocking on their culture (her mother is a great cook who makes other awesome Filipino foods), more power to them.

I just don't personally like the taste or smell of fermented fish sauce.

As far as the other condiments, I love them all, really. Including BBQ sauce, Mesquite flavor.

Out of that list, mustard and mayo, but they both have exceptions. I love dijon mustard, ketchup, onions, etc on a hotdog. I love roast beef sandwich with mayo, and I love potato salad and coleslaw.

My hatred of mustard cannot be explained with mere words.

Hot sauce is my number one followed by ranch/mayo depending on what I'm eating. Ketchup is the least favorite because it's a sweetened cheap version of tomatoes. Every now and then if I'm especially in the mood for it on fries, I might, but usually it's ranch or nothing on fries. Even wine vinegar is good on fries over ketchup for me. I hate seeing ketchup on things that could use something so much better like eggs (salsa), burgers (mayo/ranch), hot dogs/sausage links (mustard/spicy mustard), spaghetti (Spaghetti sauce/maranara/alfredo/etc). And yes, a friend said they were so poor growing up their mom used ketchup on spaghetti. I threw up in my mouth at that one and I couldn't stomach more than 2 bites that way.

No hate here. Love spicy mustard, dijon too. The hate for me is basically how so many people can love ketchup more than anything. I know why people don't like mayo. It's always been said something about it being white and creamy. No joke. That's the reason from every single person I ever asked.

Mustard is my favorite. Mayo I hate. If I eat it, I will actually end up throwing up. I don't see how people can eat that crap. Taste like I am eating pure oil. I do like Miracle Whip though. That stuff is great.

Oh I just noticed hot sauce. I have no clue how I forgot about that. hot sauce is by far my favorite, mustard second. I eat hot sauce on all kinds of stuff. Even my mac n cheese. My hot sauce is green. It is called El Yucateco. I get it in the Mexican isle at Wal-Mart.

Can't beat a good ol' condiment thread.

Tommy sauce/ketchup for its versatility, although mustard (french or dijon) is unbeatable for le roast beef, and mint jelly for roast lamb is unbaleevabubbly lovely jubbly.
