I liked Act of Instict from C&C Tiberium Dawn and Those who come closer from FFX.
The Fallout 2 intro with the Louis Armstrong song makes me hear it constantly in my head when I'm playing.

The Banjo Kazooie soundtrack. It owned, especially at the time.Bourbons3I member that game; the music was kool. Another old 64 game with good music was Diddy Kong Racing.

The sims 2 has good music on stereo. It doesn't really count but Guitar Hero 2 I think has the best music.

Eternity from Blue Dragon.  It's the boss battle music and person who sings it is Ian Gillen (the lead singer of Deep Purple).  Lot's of people hate it, but it rox my sox.
