What do you think of the actor Nicholas Cage?

I respect him for Leaving Las Vegas and Lord of War, but man has he gone downhill... I saw the trailer for Season of the Witch and Drive Angry.. Dang Nicholas Cage is in so much debt because of his spending its a shame.. What do you think of Nicholas Cage?? I think he used to be a respected actor and has steadily gone downhill.....

I stopped watching his movies after "raising the Dead" that was the only movie I ever saw in a theater and actually left in the middle of.

He's good just takes on bad roles for the money.

Under the right direction he can put forth a very good performance. It's a shame that he'll take quite literally any roll thrown his way. Nic Cage loves his money.

I love him. He seems to genuinely enjoy acting, and knows how to turn bad films that take themselves too seriously into lulz-fests.

A good actor who takes bad roles and is so stupid financially. Thats what I think of Nick Cage

It's been downhill.............and the fact that he lost millions isn't helping because now he will star in any piece of crap as long as the $$ is right.

I like him. Lord of War, Face/Off, and I have to say that I liked ConAir. I really want to see Season of the Witch though, IDC who's in it, there hasn't been a decent mature fantasy movie since LOTR. And however small the role Christopher Lee is in it so it doesn't matter. And Ron Pearlman is just, cool.

He's a good actor who has let himself down by taking on awful roles in awful movies. To star in something like The Rockand then ten years on star in Ghost Rider? I think he's got several great movies left in him though.

I do prefer him to other people like Julia Roberts, who seems to play the same person in every movie she does. Very little variation in her work.
