Salmon is pretty doggone good for ya.
USA.
Since I had Cancer (and beat it) I've changed my eating habits.
Fish (yep Salmon, Trout, and Tuna), mixed nuts with dark chocolate, and for breakfast always Post Shredded Wheat with a banana and organic strawberries on top. Usually 1-2 hard-boiled eggs a day as well.
Along with the Wegmans mixed nuts, I get a separate container of Organic Walnuts, walnuts are one of the very best brain foods in existence, they have been found to increase brain productivity along with slowing or even reversing cognitive decline (a lot of this has to do with their ability to improve blood flow in the brain). I believe they have quickly helped to remove the brain fog I had after chemotherapy.
I generally just drink water and at least 1 can of V-8 juice a day.
United States
Â
Drinks: Â Water, beer, milk, Cofee, Tea (hot loose leaf tea), and the occasional juice/other beverage
Food: Â Tons of stuff. Â my favorites are steaks, burgers, pizza, pancakes, french toast, and tons more i dont have time to list.
US.
Being as I live in an extremely rural area, with a sizeable Amish population, most of the food I eat is homecooked meals from family recipes or easy-to-make local foods depending on the season, most of it from local farms.
As it's getting warmer out, there will be plenty of fruit and vegetables on the menu in the coming weeks. Corn on the cob, homemade pies, preserves, and things of that sort. What you see on the TV about generic country food is generally the norm. Also, Amish food is not for the health conscious. Ever.
During the Summer and Fall, I eat a lot of barbecue and grill food. Lamb, steak, chicken, potatoes... the works. If you enjoy wings, you haven't lived until you've had a homemade barbecue dry wing, cooked right in it's own sauce.
When I'm not at home, I generally prefer to eat chicken, and I really don't care what kind. I have yet to find some kind of chicken I don't like. However, my favorite place to eat anywhere is a small Middle-Eastern restaraunt about half an hour from my home. They have the best lamb and chicken I've ever eaten, the deserts are all made after you order them (yes, they take forever to come out), and they have their own tea recipe they use for all the teas, even the brand-name stuff (I'm pretty sure it's some kind of mint). It's all delicious.
I will never tell which country i live SNIPER4321Why will the illuminati find you and poison your chicken? PM me sniper where you live ;)

Food?
1. The usual such as meat loaf, spaghetti, pizza, grilled steak n chicken, salad, etc.
2. Far Eastern cuisine: Japanese food, Korean food, Chinese food, Philippine food.
3. An assortment of different fast food types such as those in KFC, Subway, and Wendy's.
4. Whatever food can be found in a mall food court. I make the rounds periodically.
5. Fruits are plentiful where I am and dirt cheap too. The fridge is always full of the seasonal fruits. I'm picky with veggies though.
I will never tell which country i live but foods i love mostly eat are Chicken and BarbecueSNIPER4321
Why is that? Nothing to be ashamed of. Every country has a dark past/skeletons in the closet including mine. If people take pot shots at my country, oh well. Pffft.
Portugal
I eat pretty much everything that is common here. All sorts of meat (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, rabbit, lamb, ...) and all sorts of fish and other seafood (like octopus, squid, cuttlefish, clam, ...). Fruits, vegetables.
[QUOTE="jun_aka_pekto"]Why is that?SNIPER4321Who said im ashamed of my country? Im proud of my country but its just that i dont want to reveal identity My real name, Nationality, job, occupation. etc etc...
Oh? Why? You can't be someone super-important if you're posting in a game forum. No one can trace you by country alone. I think you like to dish out mud but afraid to take it in turn.
