Aside from furniture, the house itself, and other objects too large to carry? i can't leave the house without clothes. It's illegal. Beyond that... psssh.

Well, now that the topic's been changed I'll got with hands. I can't open the door without them. But, seriously I usually take my keys wallet and phone, but sometimes I don't if someone else is driving or if I'm going for a walk or something.
