And I don't feel much different. I'll just be carrying on like usual, I guess.
Do any of you adult folk here have any life advice to give?
Firstly, happy birthday!
Secondly, there's not going to be a day when you wake up and your whole life is changed...well, it can but it normally involves alcohol and unprotected sex...anyway, take it one step at a time, make plans for the future but don't obsess over them and don't be in a hurry to be an adult.

First time you wake up after getting a kid. That morning is certainly different than the morning before it.
I wonder why it looks like it's been cut curvy :P

Thanks!
Believe me, I'm in no hurry whatsoever. But still, I have no idea of what I'm doing :I
Drop out of high school and start a Youtube career
If only I could.
Happy Birthday to you.
Tanks :3
@Kevlar101: Happy 16th! I remember mine well all those decades ago :(
The only wise words I can think of are "Upstairs for thinking, downstairs for dancing"
....Don't eat yellow snow.

Been there, done that.
Also happy Birthday TC and all of that. I remember turning 16 and it didn't feel like I change at all back then. Just enjoy that you made it.
Do drugs, and lots of them. This is the age you can do it and get away with it. Just stay away from crack.
Shit, getting old eh.
Not that I'm grandpa adult but if I went back to 16, I'd try to make some friends, be less of the introvert that I was and more of an extrovert, maybe find a GF, have more fun, be more like the kids my age, give less shit about stuff and all. Not having enough of these qualities has given rise to the huge pile of mess that I am now.

This brought me back to GTA San Andreas, where Ryder asks CJ why he (Ryder) never finished high school. CJ's reply was: Because you were in drugs business since the age of eleven!

Dude you just described my life spot on.
Oh and Happy B-day Kevlar!

Touché but I doubt I'd be able to sleep the first night with all that excitement. Probably just spend the whole night staring at the baby and not being able to believe it was really mine.
As a 16 year old, you are legally allowed to punch a cop in the crotch and get away with it.
Ok, I feel the moral obligation to step in let you know about CrimsonBrute and his advice....they are 100% trustworthy and you should definitely listen to him. Will a cop please step up? Airshocker perhaps? Let me just get my popcorn...
Happy Birthday.....try not to make mistakes that will impact your life negatively....most of all....have fun. Enjoy.
so you're admitting to falsely registering a GameSpot account prior to your 13th birthday, as prohibited by the websites ToU?

Yes, but I've stated my age here multiple times before, so it's not really a big deal. I even asked the MOD's if me having registered while under the age of 13 despite being older than 13 now was an issue, and they said that there was nothing they could do about it now since I'm now beyond the minimum age.
So whatever :P
Girls. Cars. Graduation. College. Booze. Girls. Graduate. Job. No Job. Job. Broke. Student loans. Broke. Women. Booze. Job. Money. Somehow still broke.
But it's a hell of a ride.
drugs are lame, beer tastes like old bread and use condoms everytime
You shouldn't drink the day-old beer in the used red Solo cup. ;-D
Anyways, happy b-day Kevlar. I can barely remember what it's like to be that young at this point. Although, I do remember it was the year I got my driver's license, and to see where I've come in the past 12 years since then is amazing.
Go to college after high school don't dick around and aim to have a bachelors by 21 years of age
Or find something's he's passionate about and work a job he loves. No point in wasting time in university if it's not going to open desirable career doors.
I spent 5 years of my life at university, got a degree and now I'm a truck driver. Scholastic endeavours were fun, but they were never my passion (I wanted to drive (anything) since I was old enough to walk outside and see cars and trains). I've been at this a little over two weeks now (after six weeks training) and cannot imagine doing anything else with my life. Passion for one's job is tantamount to ultimate happiness in life. I worked jobs I hated and while I could do them well, they drained me physically and emotionally every day.
Now I come home after a 10-12 hour day feeling refreshed and invigorated (but still exhausted of course).

Honestly, I don't plan to go to a university. A Community College is all that I aspire to study at. Then, I can have some kind of education but not get totally ripped off.
