Varg Vikernes is a Norwegian black metal musician, convicted murderer and arsonist, and former far-right political activist.

Uh, right on. Seems like a guy who would have some interesting stories to tell.

According to his story (and testimonials from others) the man he killed (fellow musician Euronymous) had plotted to kill him first. And the arson was done upon churches. He's a little crazy but he really brought black metal into form.

That was Dead, but Varg was involved briefly with Mayhem. But yes, Varg did burn down a church.
