I'm eating a cookie for breakfast. I also don't exercise as much as I should. What about you?
Eating habits are pretty erratic and often unhealthy, exercise is inconsistent as well and lately i've been drinking too much (not out of control but probably a few more beers a week than I should be having).
I have a uber-fast metabolism and seem incapable of gaining weight which is a blessing and a curse. It means I can be unhealthy and not notice in the mirror but I still feel like shit when I don't eat well, exercise etc.
Inconsistency with my exercise routine. Used to do hiit workout almost everyday when lockdown started last march. Over the past six months I have been doing workout 3 times a week, sometimes twice a week.
Drinking to much coffee, about 15 to 25 a day witch affects my sleep. With that comes to much sugar/donuts,drink and eat during home, play and work. Also far to many Coke’s and fast food. Living alone and no friends or girlfriend(never had one)has it’s advantages and disadvantages. Instead of cooking a decent meal with 25% potatoes/rice,25% meat/fish and 50% veggies I’d order SkipTheDishes from McDonalds/A&W,etc ... Sounds korny, but I needed guidance and support for quite a few years, especially when I was a kid.
Junk, not enough fiber and fruit, had the odd hemorrhoid few times over the years.
Anal Fissure was the worse, force to stand up do a weird little pose as my body near enough started convulsing.
They say it's like trying pass broken glass, and I don't think that's far off the mark.
All my own fault and completely preventable. Just love eating crap and not moving unless forced.
I eat to much junk food and I'm hooked on diet soda I also game to much and don't get out enough Covid is making everything even worst obviously.
I’ve picked up smoking in the last month, trying to quit now before I get any worse. The lockdown from covid hasn’t helped without having a gym to workout and keep me busy and destress.
Stopped going to gym after having surgery and because I lost my strength from not being able to go to gym for six months I lost the motivation to go back.
I quit cigarettes and vape instead, but vapes are not much better. Cigarettes are extremely expensive in my country $50 a pack which is around 35 USD.
I eat at odd intervals. Never eat breakfast. Eat lunch only sometimes. Can go by 8-10 hours without eating anything.
I drink too little water. They say you should drink 1-1,5 liter water every day. I'm not even close to that.
I sit in front of a PC every day and pretty much never exercise.
I put some tobacco in my weed to make it smoother to smoke.
I sleep less than I should. Around 6-7 hours on weekdays. My body seems to want 8-9 hours of sleep to function properly.
But I'd say I'm a healthy dude overall. Never had to go to a hospital for anything. No sicknesses, broken bones, bad teeth or anything.

Do you drink soda or coffee or other stuff instead of water?

Yeah, kinda. Which is bad. Soda is just all around bad and should definitely not replace water. I drink a lot of tea, which makes my inadequate water intake even worse.
I cross my leg on chairs far too long than necessary and it's bad for my lowers legs since they need proper blood flowing right.
And I also, eat at odd times.

I hear it eventually catches up to you.
Extremely heavy on salt is another bad thing I have a habit of. Stopped going to the gym, but summer is around the corner and I’m going to try to change myself around for the better.
In terms of physical health I'm pretty good. My diets healthy and I get regular exercise.

What kind of coffee do you drink? 15-25 a day sounds absolutely insane.
I'm obsessed with nostalgia I can't come to terms with modern day. I hate the music and the political correctness along with social media and people staring at their damn cell phones all day.
@PernicioEnigma: I drink any type of coffee I can get my hands on. Instant,perk,cappuccino,etc..... Salt is something I think that will kill me eventually, faster than caffeine or sugar? I am diabetic and almost live on eating something potatoes just about every day. I have been diabetic for about 12 years and my blood glucose is stable for the strong majority of the time. Been fortunate up until now.
less sleep gaming all night not going to gym or for exercise eating junk food i hope soon will change my routine
I've been rewatching some of the same tv show episodes in the past couple of years almost every day I think I'm going insane.
