@girlusocrazy: security camera footage tops Sharknado. This is gonna be head and shoulders above any SyFy movie.
@davillain: Universal has a potential franchise on their hands... much like the classic Universal Monsters of the '30s and '40s, this could start the "Animals Skee'd Up on Drugs" series.
Deers could be hitting the meth pipe, honey badgers could mainline some heroin...for the kids, get some hamsters hopped up on Ritalin. A stoner comedy can have a cheetah eat some pot and just chill at his cave.
To anyone at Universal--feel free to cut that check in the order of "cash".
The actor i would've liked seeing in this movie would be Will Ferrell. I like him is R rated comedies.
@hardwenzen: Kinda glad they didn't go the route of casting a comedic actor in a dark comedy--seems too on-the-nose for something like this.
Didn't even realize they had some solid actors in this--Keri Russel & Margo Martindale from The Americans? Isiah Whitlock from The Wire? Ray Liotta?!
Can't wait for this one.

Sharknado? Y'all should go check out Shark Side of the Moon lol.
I will always stan for Zombeavers, if we are talking about animal-based horror films.
*OK I just saw the trailer for Shark Side of the Moon, I might have to check that out.
