Well, up until Dexter, all of those are HBO shows and HBO does not make bad shows, two are very funny cartoons, Dexter is an amazing SHOtime show and Psych, Burn Notice, and Monk are all of USA Network's best shows.Britcoms FTW!!!!
I usually don't watch much TV, but when I do the only shows I can actually watch are,
1.) Seinfeld- All the way above everything else, and I mean very far above anything else.
2.) Chappelle's Show- Great show, even if it only lasted 3 seasons (two of which I found extremely funny).
3.) The Sopranos- The only real drama I could actually see, watch, and enjoy all the way through, even if the last couple of seasons were quite boring and stale.
Sorry I have no top 10, but I guess a top-3 would do for me.

Oh sorry, didn't know the bold part... The current season has had some pretty bad writing, the new characters kind of suck (especially Jesse) and I hope it picks up.[QUOTE="rubedisky"][QUOTE="Mythomniac"] Well, up until Dexter, all of those are HBO shows and HBO does not make bad shows, two are very funny cartoons, Dexter is an amazing SHOtime show and Psych, Burn Notice, and Monk are all of USA Network's best shows.

9. Space: Above and Beyond
8. Dollhouse
7. Star Trek: The Original Series
6. Heroes (this would be number two if season one was the only one...)
5. LOST
4. Futurama
3. Star Trek: The Next Generation
2. King of the Hill
1. Firefly
Prison Break is also awesome, and would definitely be on the list (near the top spot) if it ended after the first two seasons. It kind of became a nonsensical, non prison-related disaster after that, though, so it's number 11.

Not exactly. I love LOST, but I also realize there were a ton of shortcomings in the show. LOST didn't have a Hugh Laurie (Terry O'Quinn was close though), and I think the first few seasons of The Office remain some of the best TV I've ever seen. So there ya go:).

Hugh Laurie is great, but thats all the show has going for it. Nothing else. And The Office sucks now, while most of LOST was very consistent throughout its entire 6 years.[QUOTE="Mythomniac"][QUOTE="rubedisky"]Oh sorry, didn't know the bold part... The writing for House is consistently great, and the supporting cast is awesome. The Office has hit a slump, and I know that if it doesn't pull out of it, I won't be able to keep it that high. That being said, I agree that LOST, while not always consistent (there were some pretty bad episodes with some notably bad writing), gave me some of the best thrills and mystery of any TV show I've ever watched.Hugh Laurie is great, but thats all the show has going for it.
