Most: Forearms strangely enough. They've always been incredibly strong and well proportioned thanks to a lot of rock climbing. Least: Probably my rear. It's a little too soft for my liking.

I've been pretty lazy with my working out lately, tbh, but normally I'd say my legs.

Most proud: none...I am just not 'like that' I guess. I always think...never mind. I will just say that my thighs have the most muscle/least fat and go with that Least proud: depends on how much I have been drinking in recent weeks

I don't look in a mirror after a workout, so I don't really notice. Others certainly do notice when they try to tell me that something's too heavy but I end up lifting it like its no big deal anyway.

Probably my legs. I do not really do much leg exercise but with all the basketball I play they are quite cut.

Proud of the arms

Not proud of my back.

My arms are naturally large but my back is very small even though it isn't weak. Just the shape of my body I suppose. I also have a pot belly :)

My legs. My legs have always been very muscley and overall just look good. Plus, they can produce some powerful kicks :P I hate my shoulders though... they're naturally small for a guy :/

How do I train the V?

charlesdarwin55
Build up your Chest, Shoulders, Traps and middle back muscles, But the one muscle you need to work the most if you want a V shape is your Lats, getting big lats alone can make the V shape without the rest but you need the rest to make your body well proportioned.

I'm not a fan of heights myself so I prefer bouldering to just vertical climbs. You don't use a rope because you don't go high enough, and encase you do fall, there are mats on the floor that you should have put down before you started. Lots of complex horizontal motions.

biceps, no doubt about it. I can curl 70 pound dumbells; even that impresses me sometimes. My back is pretty strong too; I am really good about getting all the different muscle groups worked out...I just hate working out my legs, though, so theyre a bit neglected.

dude 70 pound dumbells? pfft ur a wuss, lol jk. holy crap dude thats legendary, even for big guys i dont think ive ever seen anyone curl 70s. i curl 40s and thats usually better than most of the dudes around my size but damn dude ur a beast.

as for favourite parts id say my arms and shoulders since there pretty strong and i got some mass goin on. although my bicepsdon't seem to growreally theyjust get stronger.i dont bench all that much but i got a big chest though. least favourite is probably legs and my gut lol.

That's pretty impressive. I was once doing rows with about a 70lb dumbell and it was on the floor when a friend came over. He's smaller than me but he works out a lot more. He picked it up like he was going to curl it and I was like "dude don't that's like 70lbs" and to my surprise he did it like 4 reps.

My only "feat" of strength was doing 50lb wrist curls. 50lb per wrist. I didn't do it for long though...the wrist doesn't like that much weight even if the muscles can handle it.

i'm the same about the wrists, i have small wrists because i'm an ectomorph and when ever it comes to bicep workouts i cant curl heavy amounts because my wrists just cant take the weight but my biceps easily could, Luckily because of my Matrix workouts i only need to use 40-50% weight to get a great workout in on them.
