Peter Schiff isn't a prophet, he's just a guy with a basic understanding of Austrian economics and a talent for business and communication. He's not an economist, though, and if you want better economic analysis you should look to actual Austrian School Economists like Ludwig von Mises, Murray Rothbard, Friederic von Hayek, Eugen von Bohm-Bawerk, Carl Menger, Bob Murphy, Israel Kirzner, Hans Hermann Hoppe, Walter Block, Bob Wenzel, Henry Hazlitt, Joe Salerno, and Jesus Huerta de Soto.
And a terrible investor. From what I've read his clients accounts went down the sh1tter after the collapse he predicted. It just seems like he's trying to bank off of his book now.
