Supposedly, there is a trick where you stand 3 steps back from the wall, bend over 90 degrees with your head touching the wall, and then lift a chair under you and stand up. Apparentally it is physically IMPOSSIBLE for a male to do this, but females can do it easily.

I know exactly what you're talking about. And I seem to recall the trick only works if the woman is wearing heels, which shortens her steps, which means she didn't move as far from the wall, which makes it easier for her to stand back up.
