Hes pretty talented ( black hawk down) but hasnt find a good role, hope he makes to the next villan

As far as I'm aware Nolan didn't want to do Harley Quinn. Although I would have loved to have seen her in it. Woman goes insane while studying the Joker...

....maybe not as a main villian but it would be cool to see her feature somewhere. Most likely going to see the Riddler though. It's one of the easily recognised main villians that could be done realistically. How could you possibly give a scientific explanation to a half penguin man....I mean come on.

Why do people say The Riddler? I think its way too similar to The Joker, and I would expect Chris Nolan (if he decides to make a third movie) to take the series in a new direction.

I think Catwoman is a far more probable choice, and I think its also a much more important villian.
