i am gonna reset my computer to factory default setting which will erase everyting on my computer including steam. my Question is how will get my steam games to work again. do i just have to install steam and log in and my games will be there? or do i have to buy the games again?
you just have to log-in with the account your boughtthe games with, then you can reinstall ( without CD) all the games again, they will be downloaded from the steam server

And maybe Stop Downloading for No Reason. Then one more Crash. Then Restart your computer. And Viola! Youve got Steam with all your faverite games!
