So...I'm about to commit adultery

I consider myself Agnostic now but as a child the Catholic faith was drilled (no pun intended) into me pretty well. I shouldn't be bothered and I told her it didn't bother me that she was married. But it does a little bit... as I think I'd never cheat were I in a commited relationship.

Anyone else ever in a similar set of circumstances? How'd you get over it?

Unless you're in the military it's not adultery on your part. You just have to consider on your part whether or not you feel bad for her husband. But if she's willing to do it with you she would probably do it with someone else.

Also, there's also the possibility of her husband coming after you with a pistol if he finds out.
