I'm 18, and I don't really think T.I. is all that popular among teens.  I'm sure he has his fans and groups, but he's not someone every teen listens to.  At least I don't think so.  My good friends have realy good, and detailed music taste, but even outside of that group I don't know many T.I. fans.  Could be wrong though.

You forgot to put the "Neither" option in the poll cause out of both of those songs I can relate my teenage years more to a penquin than that ear rape.

The first T.I song was popular among certain people at my school around 2009, so I'd go with that one.
