Well tbh a funeral is just putting someones body in the ground. Cool if you're a Christian (due to the Christian ceremony thingy to try and make them get into heaven) but it's a little overly depressing. Maybe the TC just couldn't face seeing her friend again?

if you were my friend and you skipped my funeral, i would make sure to come back and haunt you. Sheesh. And I thought what I did was bad....

My best friend was dying in the hospital. I had seen her there a week before (it was a very long drive to the hospital and I had no car or d/l so had to count on others to get me there. Anyhow, i found out she was going to die that night...they were sure of it, and they told me they had room for me in the car...but I coudnt go. I wasnt able to see her then when I knew she was going to die, because I know exactly what I would have done. I woulda tried CPR, and I would have freaked out....but to this day I still kick myself so hard over the whole thing. I could have given her one last hug, one last goodbye...but I was stupid. I went to that funeral...you bet your ass i went. She was my bestest of best friends. Better then anyone could ever have. I was gonna be there when she she got buried. And I was.
