Hey guys, here is mine!

Nice! I always like nice women as wallpaper! Do you have more hot wallpapers? Here is mine. Got a new picture.

Yeah, pretty bland...but I'm pumped for Full Dark, No Stars so it'll be my wallpaper for a while.
Edit: And no, my taskbar isn't cut off; it's on auto-hide, and you can still see that tiny trace of it at the bottom.
Here ya go :)
I recently changed my background but I kind of liked the other one better. And I got rainmeter but I have yet to fully customize it.
Less is more. I agree. My desktop normally has nothing, because I hide the icons; I just enabled them for my screenshot, because...well, I wanted it to be a desktop of some sort and not just a picture. :P[QUOTE="DJ_Lae"]
Nothing too fancy. I like to keep things relatively uncluttered.

Would you kindly tell me where to obtain your wallpaper?
I want to ask a question.
I notice that whatever pic I choose for a wallpaper, its colours arent as vibrant and warm when it appears on my screen. That is compared to how the picture looks on an image viewing program (any program really, not a special program).
Has anyone noticed this with their pcs too? Is there any way to fix this?

I notice this with my sig too. You'll notice that my plums have patchy shades of red and are not uniformly coloured as they are supposed to. Don't know why.

Nah I think that has to do with saving a file you created in paint in JPEG format. Save it in (after you redraw it in paint) Bitmap format in stead.@one_plum:
That should just be artifacting, from jpeg compression. If you want to get rid of that, just redo it and save it as .png
(I've still got that older version if you want it.)
@Teenaged:
Weird. Maybe it's graphics card settings though? If you have one go into it's control panel and see if something like "use application settings" is checked, in the desktop colour section. Just a guess anyways.
I went to nVidia's control panel > Adjust Desktop Color Settings and then set it to use the nVidia's prgram settings but that didnt change anything. Besides all setting here affect display in general, not specifically the display of the wallpaper.@one_plum:

Btw to set the wallpaper, I just press Right click (on an image) > Set as wallpaper.
Could that be it, and what Windows does when it copies the image to "Windoes Photo Gallery" folder from where it uses it as a wallpaper? =/
And now I am checking the image's copy located in that folder but its colours are just fine (although its size is adjusted to fit the screen horizontally). It seems that the use of an image as a wallpaper automatically "degrades" its colours. WHY?
