Scariest film available on Netflix right now?

In the mood for a horror movie but as usual with this particular genre everything is rated at approximately 2/3 stars so its quite difficult to get an idea of the quality without watching 30 mins.

Anybody seen anything on Netflix recently in the genre that took them by surprise?

P.S - Not to fussed about the sub genre of horror, thriller, physiological, gore etc.

Also, I think Sinister and Insidious are on netflix as well and both are pretty scary.

Oh, and if the Descent is still on there then that movie is a horror must see!

Odd Thomas is on that list and it's practically a comedy.
