use a different server. i don't use my local cause it can't keep up with my speed and most times, it's not accurate. I use washington dc cause it's the only server i know, that goes over 100mb/s As for MB/s that depends on steam (for me) as most sites have a slow dl speed. I have a pic I saved (old) where I had max dl speed of 30 MB/s

Fibre is coming soon to my area, so all of this will skyrocket soon.
It's about the same for the last 4+ years. Using a wired connection as in the wife's PC, download speed is much higher (usually close to 30 Mb/s). As it is, my PC is the farthest from the router and have to hook up via WiFi N. Not too bad.
